STEP.1

チケットペイマイページの「申込み履歴」対象のイベントの「詳細」、申し込みメールより13桁の引換票番号を確認します。
Check the 'Details' of the relevant event under 'Application History' on the TicketPay My Page, or find the 13-digit voucher number in the application email.

STEP.2

店舗レジで発券を行います。
引換票に表示されているバーコードを提示いただくか、13桁の引換票番号を店員に渡します。
※セブン-イレブン店舗に設置のマルチコピー機は使用しません。
Tickets are issued at the store cashier.
Present the barcode displayed on the voucher or provide the 13-digit voucher number to the store clerk.
Multi-copy machines at Seven-Eleven stores cannot be used.

STEP.3

チケットをお受け取りください。
Please take your tickets.

チケット受取り後は、券面に記載のお申込み内容(公演名や公演日等)、枚数に不足がないかその場で必ずご確認ください。
After receiving your tickets, please check on the spot to ensure that the details of your application (event/show name, date, time) and the number of tickets are correct.

＜ご注意＞
※チケットペイにご登録の電話番号を店舗にお持ちいただいても、手続きは行えません。
※引換票番号は、第三者に開示しないようご注意ください。
※発券期間は、申込完了メール、「申込み履歴」にてご確認ください。
※レシートでのご入場はできかねます。

<Caution>
Even if you bring the phone number registered with TicketPay to the store, you will not be able to complete the procedure.
Do not share your exchange slip number with any third party.
Please check the ticket issuance period in your application completion email or under “Application History.”
Receipts will not be accepted for entry.
